Election results?

Last night I went online to try and find the early results to the local elections. I think that maybe just maybe STLToday was having some trouble with their system. THis was the result listed for the Democratic primary for the State Auditor's position.

Somehow I don't think 1.5 BILLION people voted for Wattenbarger. Especially since when I woke up the next morning the news said that Montee had won the race. That last 36% must have been a doozy.
